Clinical Exercise Pilates Classes.
In our specially designed studio we are run small group clinical exercise classes with the use of Pilates Equipment including reformers. With a maximum of 4-5 people in a class we are able to individualise and challenge you each session. Our classes are all run by physiotherapists trained in Pilates and claimable on private health insurance. Before booking into one of our classes we perform an individual 1:1 assessment with one of our physiotherapists to individualise a program for you to work on achieving your goals.
